📘 Introduction
Sometimes, children face hurtful behavior from classmates—like teasing or bullying. But did you know that courage and intelligence can overcome all that? This is the story of Sami, a boy who faced bullying without even knowing it, and proved that true strength comes from within.
✏️ The Story
One sunny morning, Sami walked into school with his usual cheerful smile. He loved learning and always participated in class.
But that day, one student decided to play a mean prank. He stuck a paper on Sami’s back that said: “I’m stupid”, and whispered to the others: “Don’t tell him. Let him stay clueless!” Some students giggled quietly whenever Sami passed by, but he didn’t understand why. He thought they were laughing at something else.
When math class began, the teacher wrote a difficult problem on the board. The room went silent. No one raised their hand—except Sami!
He stepped forward confidently and began explaining the solution. As he spoke, some students started laughing, and then the teacher noticed the paper on his back.
The teacher gently walked over, removed the paper, and said kindly: “It seems you didn’t know about this paper. Someone must have put it there without your knowledge.”
🎓 The Teacher’s Message
Then he turned to the class and said:
“Before I punish whoever did this, I want to share two important lessons:
- 🧠 First: In life, people may stick papers on your back with words meant to hold you back or make you doubt yourself. But don’t let those words stop you. Ignore them, and keep moving forward—just like Sami did.
- 🤝 Second: A true friend is someone who notices the paper, tells you about it, and helps you remove it. It’s not about having many friends—it’s about having one who truly cares.
